Right now many of the women who I’m speaking to are understandably feeling anxious about returning to the office in this post-pandemic environment, including whether they will be able to continue to work remotely; and managing teams who are working a flexible “blend” of work from the office and home.
I penned an article for Grazia UK with my tips around returning to the office feeling calm and confident, including simple tips, from wearing colours that enhance your mood to considering your personal brand and how to manage your anxiety. This includes using tools such as meditation apps to gain the long-term benefits of mindfulness.
